Independent photographer based in Copenhagen.

As a meditator, I see photography as more than a craft—it’s a practice of mindfulness, a way to observe and connect with the essence of existence. Through my lens, I seek to capture the raw, genuine emotions of my clients: their joy, vitality, surprise, and wonder. These moments, though fleeting, carry a quiet power, like silent flowers that speak to the richness of life.

At Mirror Flower, I aim to create images that evoke the intangible beauty of the human experience, offering not just memories, but a glimpse into the delicate interplay between the real and the ephemeral.

My studio, Mirror Flower, takes its name from the Chinese idiom"镜花水月" (mirror flowers, water moon)—a metaphor for the ethereal and elusive beauty of life, like flowers reflected in a mirror or the moon shimmering on water. Photography, to me, is akin to those reflections: though it cannot truly freeze time, it allows a fleeting moment to bloom like a flower, capturing a delicate, almost illusory truth.

The first time I picked up a camera, inspired by a friend, I was instantly captivated. Photography became a kind of optical magic, a way to pause time and preserve the profound moments that define lives.
