As a meditator, I see photography as more than a craftโ€”itโ€™s a practice of mindfulness, a way to observe and connect with the essence of existence. Through my lens, I seek to capture the raw, genuine emotions of my clients: their joy, vitality, surprise, and wonder. These moments, though fleeting, carry a quiet power, like silent flowers that speak to the richness of life.

At Mirror Flower, I aim to create images that evoke the intangible beauty of the human experience, offering not just memories, but a glimpse into the delicate interplay between the real and the ephemeral.

My studio, Mirror Flower, takes its name from the Chinese idiom"้•œ่Šฑๆฐดๆœˆ" ๏ผˆmirror flowers, water moon๏ผ‰โ€”a metaphor for the ethereal and elusive beauty of life, like flowers reflected in a mirror or the moon shimmering on water. Photography, to me, is akin to those reflections: though it cannot truly freeze time, it allows a fleeting moment to bloom like a flower, capturing a delicate, almost illusory truth.

The first time I picked up a camera, inspired by a friend, I was instantly captivated. Photography became a kind of optical magic, a way to pause time and preserve the profound moments that define lives.
