Shooting Process

Before we begin, I’ll send a quick questionnaire to better understand your style and vision.

My photography focuses on natural light, real moments, and emotional presence. I don’t do heavy retouching or “perfect skin” editing. Instead, I keep natural skin texture and the depth of light and shadow, so the images feel honest and alive.

So light or minimal makeup works best. If you have special requests, like for an engagement shoot or a themed session, just let me know, and I’ll help arrange a professional makeup artist.

During the shoot, I’ll gently guide you with natural poses and expressions, so you don’t need any prior experience. I can also suggest locations or walking routes based on your preferences, creating a relaxed and story-driven session.

Time for moving between locations is included in the shooting time, without strict time pressure.

Booking Info

Ready to book? Reach out via my website or Instagram. To secure your spot, a 30% deposit is needed, locking in your price for a year. You can reschedule up to twice with at least 4 days’ notice. The remaining balance is due within a week after the shoot.

Delays & No-Show

Please note that the shooting time starts from the agreed meeting time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After this, the waiting time will be counted as part of the session time.

If you arrive late, the session may be shortened accordingly to fit the original booking.

If you would like to keep the full shooting duration despite a delay, additional time can be arranged depending on availability, and will be charged at an hourly rate 900/hour.

In case of a no-show or cancellation on the day of the shoot without prior notice, a flat fee of 500 DKK will be charged to cover the reserved time and preparation.

If you still wish to reschedule after a no-show, a new booking will be required.

Deposit Policy

Your deposit saves your date and covers my early prep work, like scouting locations and planning. If you need to cancel more than two weeks ahead, I’ll refund your deposit. Within two weeks, it’s non-refundable. After the shoot, I’ll send the final invoice once you’ve picked your photos.

Payments & Fees

My packages include everything from planning and editing to props like fresh flowers. Any additional costs will be covered by you. Prices are listed excluding VAT, and I can arrange an invoice if required，feel free to mention your preference when booking.

Payments can be made via MobilePay or bank transfer, and I’ll share the details once we’re booked.

For locations outside Copenhagen or special venues (museums), additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or entrance fees may apply.

Photo Delivery

You’ll receive your photos in 2-3 weeks. I’ll handpick the best shots, edit them with care, and deliver a gallery of high-resolution color and black & white images via WeTransfer. The final delivery is based on the photographer’s selection and editing style, and refunds are not provided based on unedited images. You’ll choose your favorites, with the option to add more if you’d like.

Copyright Notice

The RAW files stay with me, but you’ll receive beautifully edited JPGs. I retain the copyrights and may use the photos for my portfolio, website, or social media. You’re welcome to use them for personal moments, but please don’t sell, distribute, or edit them without checking with me first.

If you prefer full privacy, an additional fee of 500 DKK applies.
