Before the Session

Before we begin, I'll send a short questionnaire to better understand your style, preferences, and vision for the session.

Please make sure my portfolio genuinely resonates with you before booking.

Light or minimal makeup usually works best. If you have special requests, such as an engagement shoot, themed session, or wedding portraits, I'd be happy to recommend makeup artists, florists, or other creatives.

I can also suggest locations or walking routes based on your preferences, creating a relaxed and story-driven experience.

Travel time between locations is included within the booked session time, without strict time pressure.

My Approach & Editing Style

My photography focuses on preserving real moments and emotional presence. My work blends documentary storytelling with a soft, filmic aesthetic, focusing on natural light, genuine connection, and timeless imagery. I do not replicate the editing or shooting style of other photographers. During the session, I'll gently guide you with natural poses and expressions, so no previous experience is needed.

I don't offer heavy beauty retouching or "perfect skin" editing. Instead, I preserve natural skin texture, beautiful light, and the depth of shadows to create images that feel honest and alive.

Minor skin blemishes, temporary imperfections, subtle body refinements, light color corrections, and small distractions in the background can be adjusted where appropriate. However, extensive body reshaping, heavy beauty retouching, or significant digital manipulation are not part of my editing process.

Booking Info

Bookings can be made through my website or Instagram. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date and lock in your price for one year.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times with at least 5 days' notice. The remaining balance is due within one week after the session. For wedding bookings, a simple photography agreement may be provided

Delays & No-Show

Please note that the shooting time starts from the agreed meeting time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the waiting time will be counted as part of the session time. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened accordingly to fit the original booking.

If you would like to keep the full shooting duration despite a delay, additional time can be arranged depending on availability, and will be charged at an hourly rate 1000/hour.

In case of a no-show or cancellation on the day of the shoot without prior notice, a flat fee of 700 DKK will be charged to cover the reserved time and preparation. If you still wish to reschedule after a no-show, a new booking will be required.

Deposit Policy

Your deposit saves your date and covers my early prep work, like scouting locations and planning.

The deposit is fully refundable if the session is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, as preparation work has already begun and the date has been reserved exclusively for you.

In cases of serious illness or family emergencies beyond your control, rescheduling will always be offered whenever possible.

Payments & Fees

My packages include everything from planning and editing to props like an umbrella. Any additional costs will be covered by you. Prices are listed excluding VAT, and I can arrange an invoice if required. Feel free to mention your preference when booking.

Payments can be made via MobilePay or bank transfer, and I’ll share the details once we’re booked.

For locations outside Copenhagen or special venues (museums), additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or entrance fees may apply.These costs will always be discussed in advance.

Photo Delivery

You’ll receive your photos in 2-3 weeks. I’ll handpick the best shots, edit them with care, and deliver a gallery of high-resolution color and black & white images via WeTransfer. All unedited photos will be delivered the following day.

The final selection of edited images is based on the photographer's artistic judgment, and refunds are not provided based on unedited images. You’ll choose your favorites, with the option to add more if you’d like.

Copyright Notice

The RAW files stay with me, but you’ll receive beautifully edited JPGs. I retain the copyrights and may use the photos for my portfolio, website, or social media.

Images are considered publishable by default. If you would prefer your photographs to remain entirely private, the total package price will increase by 10%.

You’re welcome to use them for personal moments, but please don’t sell, distribute, or edit them without checking with me first.
